What stays on your device
Rosters, schedules, games, stats, depth charts, and settings are stored on your iPad. If you enter a team license key, this data also syncs through your team's private Apple iCloud (CloudKit) storage so your program's iPads stay in step.
What we send off the device
- License verification. When you enter or check a license key, the app sends the key, an app identifier, and a device identifier/name to our licensing server (operated for Chuck the Rock LLC) to confirm the license is valid and count devices. We do not use this for advertising or sell it.
- Imports you initiate. When you import a roster or schedule, the app fetches the page or file you chose (Bound, MaxPreps, Google Sheets, or a file you pick).
What we do not collect
We do not collect personal contact information, location, contacts, or usage analytics. There are no third-party ad or tracking SDKs.
Payments
Licenses are purchased on our website through Stripe. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card information.
Data you control
You can remove a license from a device in the app, and reset your devices from our website. Deleting the app removes the local data on that device.
Children
The app is intended for coaches and staff, not for use by children.
